How we do a Roof Restoration

We assess the roof for safety hazards and then install the appropriate safe work platform to ensure our staff are safe and ensure anyone on the property is safe also.

Prior to any cleaning etc, we repair broken tiles, secure any loose tiles or materials and ensure your roof is prepared and ready to go for step 3.

Now the roof is repaired, we give the roof a thorough clean with high pressure hoses. This removes all the built up dirt and moss and provides us with a clean surface.

A coat of primer is applied to the newly repaired & cleaned roof. The primer prepares your roof (think of it like moisturiser for your skin). The sealer then keeps the primer in place.

Once the primer and sealer are dried, we then apply Roof Protect, a roof membrane, which is in your chosen roof colour. We have a range of colours available so please ask!

Now your roof has been restored and given a breath of new life, we apply a coat of Nano Glaze which makes your roof look glassier and aides in colour longevity - think of it like a sunscreen!
